I’m excited to announce our upcoming trip to Steamboat Fri-Sun Dec 13-15.  This trip is being run through the OutdoorsCO and Travel Organizers.  We have secured a special deal for current Sno-Jets members which will house us in the 5-star Steamboat Grand Resort, one of the nicest and best lodging options offered for a discounted rate plus five additional chances to win some great prizes.  This ski in/ski out resort is just across the street from the Gondola with complimentary ski valet service to store your skis & boots slope side.    Check out their website at www.steamboatgrand.com, to see their rooms, the giant hot tubs, pool, spa, fitness center restaurants, etc.

When:  Fri-Sun Dec 13-15 (3 days/2 nights)

          (with options to add on additional days before/after if there enough people to fill the condo/hotel – to do this, first sign              up for the Fri-Sun package, then contact me if you’d like additional nights for $90/night)

Lodging:  Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel & Condos

Units:  2 bedroom/2 and 3-bath condos (could be other combinations)

            (with a King in 1 bedroom, and either 1 or 2 queens in the other bedroom)

Rooming:  2 people per bedroom (I will help match folks to rooms)

Lodging Fee: 1-28 Oct  - $196 for singles, $392 for couples or your own room (plus $5 resort fee/person)
                         28 Oct -11 Nov - $206 for singles, $400 for couples or your own room (plus $5 resort fee/person)

Deposit Due:  $100/person is due at registration and the balance must be paid before Nov 9th,

                          or you can just pay the entire balance during registration. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  This package is nonrefundable and non-cancellable. 

There is a $50/person cancellation fee, unless you find an alternate person to take your spot.

If final payment is not received by 8 Nov, a $20/person late payment fee will be applied

Optional Lift Tickets:  Tickets can be purchased at registration or up to the time of the event but prices may increase. – Current ticket prices below includes a $5 RF Card fee per purchase:

1 day lift ticket - $55

2 day lift ticket - $89

3-day lift ticket - $89 -  option to get a FREE Friday ski pass when you purchase the 2-day ticket

Additional tickets (4 day or more) can be purchased for $40/day
Tickets must be used during the 9-18 Dec 2019 

Activities:

Friday night – Free admission and party at the Old Town Hot Springs Pool with free sipping and sampling, followed by an organized pub crawl

Saturday night - Sipping and Sampling party for charity with a selection of wines, beer and spirits followed by a private dance party at the Top of the Gondola with Dance Band & DJ

Other included amenities:

• Free private after hours shuttles until 2:00am (just tip the driver)
• Complimentary ski tours with Mountain hosts and Ski Patrol
• Discounts at local restaurants, bars and equipment rental shops
• $10 discount tickets for individual rides on the Steamboat Mountain Coaster

  These Early Bird prices will go up after 6 September.  This trip sold out last year, so don't wait! Lodging is on a first come/first served basis - if condos at Steamboat Grand are gone, you may have to room in other lodging venues.

• Here’s how to register for the 2019 Steamboat Winters Eve event:

2. Select the REGISTER NOW! button
3. Enter your first name, last name, email, then under Registration Type GROUP REGISTRATION > 1 or More People Known Group, select:
4. Fill out additional Personal info including your Date of Birth, Gender, home address & mobile phone number, then select NEXT
5. Enter information on your ski/boarding level, then select NEXT
6. Select the Lift ticket option you want & any charitable donation you’d like, then select NEXT.
7. Specify the date to plan to use the lift tickets, then select NEXT
8. On the ACCOMMODATION REQUEST PAGE, under Slope Side Condo, select Add Request, then confirm your Check-In/Check-Out dates

    

   Under LODGING INFORMATION, set the following:

• 1 Person – 1 spot in a Shared Room in a Group Condo, or
• 1 Person – Own room in a Shared Group Condo (this requires double lodging payment), or
• 2 People/Couple – Own room in a Shared Group Condo (rate will reflect cost for 2 people)
  • Select NEXT
• Are you single, a couple or part of a group? = GROUP (Individuals, 2 people, couples, anyone part of the known group)for you which are
• Group name = SNOJETS (Exact spelling & all CAPS)
• GROUP LEADER’S NAME = LAUREL LAROSE (Exact spelling and all CAPS)
• # of people in group = 25
• Is your group part of or connect to another group? = NO
• In the box under Names for Rooming, enter either:

- OWN ROOM (if you are paying double to get your own room), or

- Specific names of folks you want to room with separated by comma’s, or

- SNOJETS (if you just want to be matched up with anyone in our group)

• Check the I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE NON-REGISTERED GUEST POLICY
• Select SUBMIT
  • Confirm your Hotel, Unit Type & Date Range, then select NEXT

9.    Verify all information on the Registration Summary Page, then if you are adding an additional person you may be paying for, select ADD PERSON.  Once all registrations are complete, select FINISHED ADDING PEOPLE.

10.  On the payment page:

        - Enter your credit card information and desired payment amount ($100 min) or you can elect to pay via PayPal –
          it will link you to PayPal after you hit Submit.  NOTE: All charges will show up as Travel Organizers on your
          statement.
